Volkmar has been working for 25 years in expert as well as management positions with network operators in France, Germany, Japan, India and UK, covering Standardisation, Design, Planning, Rollout, Managed Services and Operations across Radio, Core, Service Development. He is currently Head of Network Standards in Vodafone.
