Sascha Hackel

Mr. Sascha Hackel (male) is Senior Researcher at Fraunhofer FOKUS in the Business Unit Quality Engineering (SQC) with a special focus on advanced testing methods and techniques. He is working on testing solution and validation for communication networks and software technologies. He has experience in the development and validation of industrial test solutions with TTCN-3, especially in the field of the IoT. In this context, he contributed to a training called CP4IoT together wither other experts in the field. He is also involved in various certification activities, the promotion of test solutions for International Data Spaces (IDS) in WG Certification, particularly. Furthermore, his experience includes the implementation of test solutions, the development and execution of protocol tests and software tests for distributed systems. During this work he participates in national and international standardization groups (e.g. DIN, ETSI) and continuously publishes research reports.
