Rich Arnold

Rich is Executive Director, Strategy and Corporate Development for Wi-Tronix LLC, the primary provider of the IoT and Edge Processing Platform for the North American rail transportation industry.

Rich is a seasoned, multi-national, financial and operating executive with over forty years of experience with both small and medium sized software, IP and applied technology businesses. He has held positions as Executive Director, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and EVP-Strategy and Corporate Development for both public and privately held companies in both the United States and his home country of Australia.

He has also served on Boards of Directors of operating companies, holding companies and investment management companies, including roles as Chairman of the Board and as Chairman of both Audit and Compensation Committees.

Rich has originated, negotiated, closed and integrated multiple acquisitions as well as several successful exits and has managed multiple significant restructurings and downsizing initiatives.  He is and expert communicator, highly regarded by industry participants and analysts for the strength of his presentations at both technology and investment conferences.​
