Gili Ovadia

Gili Ovadia is VP, and Head of Global Business Development at Orbs/ Hexa Group.
Prior to that he served as the Consul, Head of the Israeli Economic and Trade Mission to the
West Coast, where he developed the business relationship between huge tech conglomerates
in the US and Israeli companies across industries and stages, contributing hinders of millions
dollars deals.

In his previous positions at the Ministry of Economy, Gili served as the assistant to the Director
of Foreign Trade and in the North America desk.

Prior to his diplomatic career, Gili completed his Internship in Dr. A. Klagsbald & Co. Law firm, a
national leading litigation firm known for its specialty and expertise in corporate litigation.
Before that he served for 3 years as an advisor to the Minister of Defense Mr. Ehud Barak.
Prior to that he was an analyst in the Israeli branch of Standard & Poor, During his academic
studies.

Gili was a part of two startup companies, together with fellow classmates.
Gili graduated with honors from The Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) Herzliya and holds a LLB in
Law and governance, and he’s doing his M.A. History, University of Tel Aviv.
