Frank focuses on bridging the technology-market divide through a unique blend of experience honed over more than two decades working in the technology, telecom and Internet ecosystems. Prior to co-founding Xona Partners, he co-founded Fierce15 startup award winner BLiNQ Networks, a Nortel spin-out that developed intelligent transport systems. Frank held senior product management positions and global P&L responsibilities at Redline (Toronto), Metawave (Seattle) and Ericsson (McLean, VA). He advises technology companies, investors, and regulators on technology and market strategy including market entry and go-to-market strategy; product & technology roadmap; business model development; technology evaluation and competitive threats; financial viability; spectrum valuation and business case development; competitive analysis and market research. Frank holds a BS in electrical engineering from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio, and an MASc in electrical engineering and an MBA from the University of Toronto, Canada. He is a senior member of IEEE, and a member of Professional Engineers Ontario.
