Dr Mehmet Sanlialp

Dr. Mehmet Sanlialp is working for Mitsubishi Electric Europe in the area of Factory Automation. He is an expert for entire digitalization processes in manufacturing sites, especially in the Food & Beverage industry. System solutions for manufacturing companies like AI data analytics on the Edge computing level, vision inspection based on deep learning technology and prescriptive maintenance are some of the innovative topics, where Dr. Sanlialp is leading this kind of projects. Dr. Sanlialp is responsible for the EMEA region, where he is supporting the local branches of Mitsubishi Electric regarding trends and automation technologies for manufacturing sites.

Dr. Sanlialp originally comes from Duisburg, close to Düsseldorf, where he was educated and did his PhD in electrical engineering. In his spare time he enjoys jogging, playing soccer and spending time with his wife and three beautiful daughters.
