Daniel Marco

Electronic Engineer from Polytechnic University of Catalonia and Master Business Administration from ESADE Business School.

Daniel is currently in charge of the Directorate General for Innovation and Digital Economy of the Government of Catalonia where he has held other responsibilities in the last twelve years, such as director of Smart Catalonia, director of the Catalan Digital Agenda and the Head of Business Digitization and ICT industry promotion.

Previously he developed his career in the private sector developing several responsibilities in the field of strategic consulting in the sector of Information Technology and Communications and in research and development.
