In this presentation, we will assess the rapidly evolving SD-WAN technology, the first widely deployed Software Defined Network. In additional to assessing the key trends that are motivating the evolution, we will also introduce the industry’s first SD-WAN standards, which encompass the service definition, certification testing requirements, and service readiness. Finally, we will offer a preview of Secure SD-WAN, including emerging initiatives for Secure Access Service Edge, Zero Trust, etc.
