Over the past decade, we have created a range of micro data centers to deploy IT infrastructure into every continent across every industry. Our core expertise and capability is ideally suited as an enabler for edge computing deployment.
What is it you & your company are uniquely bringing to the edge market?
Edge deployment is not defined by data center location; the location of the edge will vary by application. The edge market will continually challenge the deployment location; Zella DC can be deployed almost anywhere.
Tell us more about the company…?
Zella DC (formerly Zellabox) was established in 2010 as a specialist micro data center manufacturer. In 2013 we began distributing our micro data centers globally, with deployments across all continents into every environment. In the years that followed the company was listed as a Finalist in the DCD Awards LATAM, and DCD Awards APAC as well as a Finalist in the DCD Awards APAC, ‘Living at the Edge’.
How do you see the edge market developing over the next few years?
Significant resources will be going into the innovation and development of sensors, hardware, and software applications without due consideration to location requirements. Zella DC ushers in the edge anywhere.
